According to the Texas State Board of Medical Examiners, her practice is Internal Medicine
She has enough time to practice medicine in both California and Texas.
She even had an office in Arkansas.
While in Texas she has promoted herself in Urology here and here.
In San Diego she was in private surgery.
Then back to Texas where she changed to obstetrics and gynecology.
Back to California with an office north of Los Angeles.
Finally to Texas where she was advertised as "Physicians & Surgeons in Plano, TX Medical Doctor's Office*, Offices of Physicians, Except Mental Health.

On December 8, 2008 Dr. Barsik made a psychiatric diagnosis of "dementia" for Michael Kidd and checked the box for "TOTALLY" incapacitated.

On January 13, 2009, Judge Weldon Copeland was presented with Dr. Barsik's diagnosis. Judge Copeland ordered Michael Kidd declared incompetent and his property valued in excess of $250,000 transferred to state control. Michael was left to serve an indeterminate term in an asylum.

On October 8, 2009, 10 months after begin declared incompetent and while still incarcerated, Michael Kidd took the standard mental evaluation known as the    MMSE (Mini-mental State Exam)

Michael got a perfect score.
